What we did:

Our targeted algorithms flagged a discrepancy in London Borough of Waltham Forest Freedom of Information data. The models highlighted that TMW had been overpaying for an address in Walthamstow.

We conducted further checks to verify what the models suggested which only confirmed the initial hypothesis.
