Ella Chapman Director
Ella is one of our directors and co-founder of Holloway Bond. With a background in accountancy, Ella has worked in business rates for close to a decade.
Ella’s expertise has resulted in millions of pounds in client refunds. Her friendly communication, ambitious drive and attention to detail help maximise the savings for all her clients.
Ella is responsible for the most important member of our team, our office dog, Lola the Dachshund. She is also a keen foodie and Leeds United fan.
Tom Perry Director
Tom is an expert in commercial property law. Having achieved his Law degree from Swansea University, Tom turned his focus to finding opportunities within legislation and case law to help clients save money on their commercial property tax.
Tom has successfully argued hundreds of cases with the Valuation Office Agency and had further success with cases directly with Local Authorities.
Tom is a big football fan, he enjoys watching his team, Portsmouth, and loves playing 6 a side on a Saturday morning.
Ruby Chapman Account Manager
Ruby joined Holloway Bond in 2023. As a natural with the numbers, she loves delving into the figures and finding savings for her clients.
Always smiling, she loves nothing more than helping her clients save money, so far Ruby has saved companies hundreds of thousands in business rates.
Ruby can speak Spanish, is an aspiring singer and loves Leeds United, she's the one soulfully singing Marching On Together at Elland Road.
Fliss Matthews Data & Research Analyst
Fliss joined Holloway Bond at the beginning of 2025 as a Data and Research Analyst. She supports the team with insight-driven analysis and economic research.

Currently studying for a degree in Economics, she brings a sharp analytical mindset and a keen interest in market trends.

Outside of work, Fliss is training for a half marathon in support of World Land Trust; she's a runner, she's a tax star!
Marshall Gee Account Manager
Marshall joined the team in 2025. Having worked in business rates for almost 4 years at another firm, Marshall brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Throughout his years in the industry, Marshall has helped his clients save millions.

When he's not helping companies save money on their business rates, Marshall can usually be found in the gym, dominating the Padel court or with his Bengal cat, Simba.
Anson Cook Data & Research Analyst
Anson joined the team in 2025 following three years at a law firm in Bristol.
Graduating from Leeds University Business School, Anson brings a critical and inquisitive eye to our data analysis team.
Outside of work, Anson can usually be found training Muay Thai whilst blasting Napalm Death - watch out, he’s a wreckin’ machine!
Mia Odgers-Price Data & Research Analyst
Mia joined the team in 2025.
Mia brings a wealth of experience in property following a year spent at an estate agents in lettings.
Outside of work, Mia loves to dance, she teaches locally in the evenings and often travels across the globe to compete in battles. Her biggest fan is her Jack Russell called Alfie.
Gabriela Howe Administration Executive
Gabi joined the team in 2025.

Gabi corresponds with clients and councils, checking figures, submitting applications and making sure there is smooth communication between all parties; she certainly has the gift of the Gab!

Outside of work Gabi loves doing puzzles and is a mean tennis player.
