The client:
Thorncliffe Communications are public relations specialists with a particular focus on obtaining planning committee approval.
What we did:
Following our audit of data provided by London Borough of Lambeth, we identified avenues to reduce Thorncliffe's business rates liability on both their current address as well as their historic address.
We conducted further research to ensure what the data was telling us was accurate. Once satisfied, we reached out.
Upon instruction, we submitted our application to the local authority.
The result:
Our applications were successful; generating two refunds and reducing the ongoing liability for Thorncliffe's current address.
