The client:

The Garland Ox Inn is a local pub in Bodmin.

What we did:

We completed an audit of data provided by Cornwall Council that indicated that the Garland Ox was eligible for a reduction to their rates.

Following further research we were able to confirm this and subsequently approached the pub with our findings. We were instructed shortly after and as we had already completed the necessary background checks and research, we were able to swiftly submit an application

The result:

The local authority reviewed our application and agreed. This resulted in a decent refund for The Garland Ox and also exempted them from rates moving forward.
