What we did:

Tacklestore Limited, trading as Safety Lifting Gear, are a tool hire and sales company operating across England and Wales. We first contacted Safety Lifting Gear as we noticed a number of avenues to challenge the valuations on a number of their properties. Upon digging deeper into their portfolio, we further identified numerous instances where the respective Local Authorities had been overcharging the safety equipment specialist.

We were successful in our applications to the Valuation Office Agency, reducing the liability for multiple of their properties. We have then had further success across their portfolio by disputing the bills issued by the Local Authorities, ensuring our client is paying the lowest possible rate on their properties.
