The client:
Switch SFP are a leading specialist supplier of optical transceivers and fibre cables.
What we did:
Through analysis of data provided by both Cotswold District Council, we flagged that Switch SFP could be eligible for a reduction on the business rates at their historic Cirencester office.
Even though Swift SFP had now vacated space, there are still avenues to recover overpaid rates in previous years.

The result:
One given the go ahead we submitted our application to the the local authority. This was accepted just over a week later creating a refund.
In total it took just over a month between Switch SFP instructing us and them receiving their refund.
