The client:

The Playbarn is a children's play centre based in Northwich, Cheshire. The Playbarn has something for children of all ages as well as a cafe for parents.

What we did:

Our audit of Cheshire West & Chester Council data highlighted a potential avenue to reduce The Playbarn's business rates.

After completing further research into Littleplaybarn Limited as a company we were able to confirm our hypothesis and got in touch.

As we had already conducted all the prior research, as soon as we were instructed we were able to immediately submit our application on the same day.

The result:

Within four days of being instructed we received confirmation our application was successful and a credit was generated that was due back to the client. In total it took 13 days from the date of instruction to the date the client had received the refund.
