The client:
Established in 1983, Lapel Menswear stock a wide range of of quality clothing from their shop in Southport.
What we did:
Following our work with Diamonds Direct Wholesalers, Lapel Menswear reached out to see if we could have similar success with their business rates.

Lapel were in receipt of Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Relief but analysis of their liabilities flagged historic support that had been missed.
It's always important to remember that even if you have vacated a property, there may still be potential for historic support.
After Charlie explained what we had identified we were given the go ahead.
The result:
We submitted our historic application, which was found to be successful a week later,
