L&B Fans are providers of all types of fans and ducting products. With an ever expanding range and competitive prices, their Norwich and Chelmsford stores will almost certainly be able to meet your ventilation needs.

What we did:

Our audit of data provided by Chelmsford City Council flagged that L&B Fans' property could be overpaying on their business rates. Further analysis confirmed this was the case and that there was a strong argument to dispute their bill.

During our audit we were also alerted to their Norwich address and believed there was an additional avenue to reduce the business rates there.
