The client:
James Pryce Tractors Limited are an agricultural machinery dealer serving Devon and West Somerset.
What we did:

After conducting an audit of data provided by North Devon Council and the Valuation Office Agency, our targeted algorithms flagged that James Pryce Tractors had key indicators suggesting they could be due a refund on their business rates.
After conducting further research of the business, its property and comparable companies within the locality we concluded our initial hypothesis was accurate.
"Ruby was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to work with her."
We then approached James Pryce Tractors with our findings, they understandably wanted to know how we worked and what we needed from them. We gladly explained how we work, the estimated timescales and what we needed. Exactly what we need depends on the nature of the case but we always try and keep it to a minimum; for James Pryce Tractors we just needed a copy of their rates bill, a few pictures of their property and the answers to a handful of questions.
The result:
Following our instruction, we begun conversations with North Devon. As we had conducted our analysis prior to instruction, we were able to quickly build our argument and advance it to the council.
"Very easy, no stress and a refund in the bank"
Around three weeks later, we received confirmation from the council that our application had been successful, a significant amount of credit had been generated and reduced rates had been secured moving forward. A further two weeks later and the credit was in our client's bank account. We sent our invoice only once James Pryce Tractors physically had the money in their account.
What our client said:
"Ruby rang me about getting a potential refund. After finding out how the company worked and what was needed, I sent Ruby a few bits of information that she requested in order to submit the paperwork to the local council.
Within a few weeks we had received a notification from the local council saying that we were getting a refund of the business rates.
This was fantastic. No money was paid upfront and we settled the invoice once the refund had been received. Very easy, no stress and a refund in the bank.
Ruby was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to work with her."
