The client:
Cieffe Milano are an Italian company with over 35 years of experience manufacturing high end ready to wear garments.
What we did:
Through analysis of data provided by both London Borough of Hounslow and the Valuation Office Agency, we identified that Cieffe Milano were receiving two bills for their offices within the same building
By looking at comparable properties, we identified that by merging the bills, we could lower the cumulative price per m2 for the offices and creating a subsequent saving.
We approached Cieffe Milano with our findings, who gave us the go ahead.
The result:
One given the go ahead we submitted our application to the Valuation Office Agency, who accepted at the predicted rateable value, generating a refund.
Whilst our application was being processed, Cieffe Milano vacated one of their offices. As part of our service we ensured the offices were then split effective the date they vacated.
