The client:

Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i) are a biotechnology company established over 30 years ago. Their aim is to provide advanced multi-dimensional microscopy platforms.

What we did:

During our audit of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 3i's London office was flagged as potentially being due a reduction.

We conducted further research into the office, how it was valued and the business themselves. All our research supported what the audit suggested so our account manager Marshall reached out.

"Holloway Bond and our account manager, Marshall Gee, were professional and thorough throughout the process of dealing with our rates refund."

Initially they were cautious but after Marshall explained we work on a strictly no win, no fee basis they gave us the go ahead.

Once given the go ahead, we submitted our application to the local authority.

The result:

Our application was swiftly found to be successful, however, it coincided with Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea having significant system issues due to a cyber attack. This meant the refund generated from our work was unable to be processed for some time.

"Very happy to work with them."

We stayed in contact with the council and our client throughout this process ensuring everyone was on the same page, and the refund could be processed as soon as the systems were back up.

What our client said:

"Holloway Bond and our account manager, Marshall Gee, were professional and thorough throughout the process of dealing with our rates refund. They kept in touch and updated us when needed. Very happy to work with them."
