IIS Space are commercial fit out experts using their over two decades experience to transform workplaces across Ireland and the UK.

What we did:

Our analysis of data provided by the London Borough of Southwark highlighted an avenue to reduce IIS Space's business rates liability.

We conducted a thorough audit into the premises occupied by IIS Space, evaluating their portfolio of offices across both England and Ireland. Only once we were confident there was a strong case, we approached IIS Space.

IIS Space gave us the go ahead, so we submitted our application to the local authority.

The result:

Our application was initially successful but the credit generated was less than we anticipated.

Due to our expertise, we were able to identify there was an error in the awarding of the support and dispute the council's calculations with the relevant legislation.

After some back and forth, the council agreed with our argument and a credit was issued that aligned with our estimations.
