Heating (Southwest) Limited

The client:

Heating (Southwest) Limited established in 1978 have been providing a wide range of heating products from their showroom in Liskeard.

What we did:

Analysis of data provided by Cornwall Council and the Valuation Office Agency flagged that Heating South West may be eligible for a reduction to their bill.

After conducting further research of the business, its property and comparable companies within Cornwall we concluded our initial analysis was accurate.

We initially approached Heating South West via email but after arranging a call and explaining what we believed we can do, we were given the go ahead.

The result:

Following our instruction, we begun conversations with Cornwall. Using our pre-gathered analysis we were able to build a strong case to argue for reduced rates.

The whole process took about 4-6 weeks, with minimal effort from us.

Four weeks later we received confirmation from the council that our application had been successful, a significant amount of credit had been generated and reduced rates had been secured moving forward. A further two weeks later and the credit was in Heating South West's bank account.
