Cornwall Stairs provide bespoke high quality stairs from their showroom in Hayle, Cornwall. They have other 60 years experience and use the finest materials and latest technology.
What we did:
Following an audit of data provided by Cornwall Council, we identified an opportunity to reduce Cornwall Stairs Limited's business rates liabilities.
After conducting further research into the business, their Hayle based showroom and local precedents within Cornwall's authority, we felt confident we had a case. Marshall reached out to Cornwall Stairs and explained what we had identified.
