The client:
Central Cove Guesthouse is a cozy, 14 bedroom, family run guest house located nearby to Blackpool's Central Pier.
What we did:
Following an audit of data provided by Blackpool Borough Council, we identified an opportunity to reduce Central Cove Guesthouse's business rates liabilities.
After conducting further research into Garvey Properties Blackpool Limited, the entity running Central Cove. This solidified what our initial audit had identified so we approached them offering our services.

Upon instruction, we begun discussions with the local authority, presenting our assertions that Central Cove had been overcharged on their business rates.
