The client:
365 Care Solutions provide supported living services for all people. They are based in an office in Chiswick, close to Gunnersbury Park.
What we did:
Our targeted algorithms applied to data provided by the London Borough of Hounslow and the Valuation Office Agency highlighted an opportunity to reduce 365's business rates liability.
Consequently, we conducted a thorough audit of 365 Care Solutions, applying our in-depth, expert understanding of all relevant legislation relating to business rates.
The outcome of our research was conclusive and we felt extremely confident there was a strong case to reduce 365's liability. Only after we were satisfied this threshold had been met, we reached out to Atomic to see if they wished to proceed.
The result:
Following our instruction, we begun conversations with Hounslow on 365's behalf. We established the current state of their liability with the council and submitted an application requesting reduced rates.
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Roughly six weeks after submitting our application, we received confirmation from the council we had been successful. The result was a 100% discount on 365's rates backdated to the date they moved in. Not only did this provide them with a sizeable refund but also reduced their overheads moving forward.
